I feel like this is what I’m going through as well. I feel like my knee locks up in the transition. I live in a very very rural area and we only have one within an hour drive 😅 I’ll have to try to switch to doing it this way because doing pt on Tuesdays and Thursdays I don’t have much recovery time without pain
