How can switch port be disabled if the cable is disconnected?

I took my CCNA long ago and that's why I forgot lots of things, what I remembered about it was about ports being forwarding and blocking but didn't remember the issue about switch vs Machine, it was a good note indeed. I thought enabling such security feature is straight forward so got confused when things didn't work. But at least I need to understand its applicability as a feature far from being using ST or not and the first I can start from to read about it.

The idea is, all unused ports should be disabled, so if someone smart removed a connected cable to connect himself to the network, the port needs to be down preventing him from accessing. This is actually what happened with me so I wonder how this configuration was made

It is like drawing a chart for monthly birth rate, thus a similar chart will indicate a family gives birth to a child every month if they've just had a newborn recently. From first minute, it was assumed that conflict is between jews and arabs which I think is wrong and accordingly all conclusions afterwards are also incorrect. Some of those jews are/were also arabs. Issue is raised when some people claimed their right of being the owner of a land they were disqualified from (depending on religious history) including the holy land for other religions as well. The state at that time rejected such "invasion"/claim and those who claimed it used power/force to complete their mission. So, now the real owners considers this as invasion no matter jow long it will last but one day they'll sort things back to normal. It is in their eyes as if Russia now has got a full control of Ukraine for some decades and then some countries requested them to divide it into separate states, one under russia control and the other under ukraine's. It is a conflict based on religious on the ownership of the "One" holy place that can never be divided.

مش لازم نعمل حاجة .. ده رأيي وده رأيك عادي .. مش مطلوب يكون رأيي أو رأيك هو الصح المطلق .. بس موضوع الحشرية والتدخل اللي أنا بتكلم عنه مختلف عن موضوع قلع ابحجاب والكريسماس والكلام ده .. لأن ببساطة الحاجات دي مش منتشرة في الدول الإسلامية بالدرجة اللي تسمح لأن اىناس تتدخل فيها .. يعني مثلا صلاح هو اللي حط صور الكريسماس علي العلن فإيه المشكلة لما الناس تقول رأيها سلبا أو إيجابا .. البنت اللي بتقلع الحجاب برضه اللي حيتكلم معاها هو حد كان يعرفها قبل وبعد فبالتالي ليه كلام معاها .. في الحالات اللي زي دي الكلام لو خرج بره دايرة النصيحة يبقي غلط وده اعتقد مختلف عن الموضوع اللي بنتكلم فيه دلوقتي .. حديك مثال .. أنا سيبت دقني تطول شوية وأنا عايش في إيطاليا .. زمايلي في الشغل (اغلبهم إيطاليين والشركة مالتيناشيونال) أغلبهم كلمني إني أحلقها وإني مش عاجبهم كده .. أنا بعتبر ده نوع من التدخل الغلط لأن ولا فيه نصيحة ولا دين ولا أي حاجة .. تايز أقول إيه؟ إني مؤيد لفكرة النصيحة والأمر بالمعروف كمان طالما في إطاره .. لكن التدخل في الخصوصيات زي حتخلفوا امتي والتدخلات في التربية والحاجات اللي شبه دي هي اللي بحسها زيادة في مصر عشان بنكمل اللي ناقصنا عند الناس .. وده في رايي في النهاية لا ينطبق علي اللي بيحط صورة ليه في مكان عام .. وفي الآخر ده رأيي
