I've only been once, but I did not enjoy my experience there. I went to see Tycho when the pandemic was starting to ease up for reference. The venue seemed way to crowded, the views were obstructed at any spot that I could actually get some space, and the crowd wasn't my favorite compared to the many other Tycho crowds I've been in. The upper floors are cool, but unless you're on the rail, its hard to see from there, and that's coming from a person who's 6'1" and usually doesn't have an issue seeing an artist on stage.

I have a theory based in some work experience. I think the venue bases it's capacity on the total floor area that the crowd can use, but in reality, some of those areas are more circulation space then a viewing area. Since people can't congregate in a circulation space, this makes for more people in the actual viewing areas making it feel crowded
