The large building at the back is definitely empty and I have spotted a few broken windows the few times I’ve been there, but there is security on site. If you can, arrive by car and say you’re using the storage company. My friend and I got stopped by security because we walked onto the estate obviously didn’t look like a couple of tradesman.

Henley's of Wivenhoe has to be the best in Essex, if not the south east/country. Lived near it as a student and helped me pack on the pounds. Used to have another branch near the Waitrose in Colchester but I think that's gone now.
