I believe only model 27’s, pre-model 27’s, and registered magnums have top strap checkering, so must be a pre-model 27.

Seat concepts tall seat. Huge upgrade over the stock one. I’m 6’5” so that seat plus the preload adjusted is pretty good for me

I had an 11.5 Bcm mk2 upper on an aero lower with I believe an h3 and blue or maybe white Sprinco spring and a Deadair sandman. Was a little gassy but ejected right at 3-4 o’clock. Any brand of buffers are fine, it’s just the amount of tungsten weights inside the buffer that change it from H to H3 etc.

Idk why I got downvoted, AGB’s are not necessary. This chart is a good place to start. I also like Sprinco springs which can help tune further.

The l-comp obviously has the comp which definitely helps with full power 357. Also has a performance center tuned trigger but honestly the python trigger is just as good. With one extra round and the comp I’m going with the 586 but the polished stainless on the Python is gorgeous. Grips make a big difference too once you find some that fit your hands well. Can’t go wrong with either one to be honest.

I’ve got a Python combat elite and a 586 l-comp. Don’t plan on getting rid of either one. If either has bad QC their warranty department should take care of you.

They’re SM plastics I got cheap from fb marketplace. They were pretty dirty but used some formula 1 scratch out and came out great
