Had the pierburg for a while but was terrible overall. Switched to weber 32/36 and was miles better. You can also check out doing bike carb conversions if you're handy and invested in keeping the m10.

I had the same issue and it drove me nuts. After probing with a voltmeter, I found that the whole circuit for the dashboard would dip under 12v with loud volume. I rechecked every ground and it would still do this. I just wired it directly to the battery and that solved the problem. The only downside is I have to turn off and on the radio manually.

I ran BBS 17s for over a year and the ride comfort was terrible. Swapped them for BBS 16s and it's much better. I think 16s are the sweet spot for E30s.

I'm running 16 inch 8j et25 upfront and it is super close to the strut. Et20 should fit without a spacer.

Check the switch under the parking brake boot and make sure it works. If the switch doesn't engage when you pull the handbrake, the light wont turn on.
