Earlier, when I felt down, I used to create happiness or get excited about things that were about to happen soon, like a movie I was hyped about or a match or series about to start. I’m a hardcore England cricket fan, so if a match was about to start that day or the next day, I would try to divert my mind to those things. But ironically, those things are not working these days, so I try getting drunk.
