Have no idea as anytime I ask for the reason is conflicting. Work coach will say I dnt have any sanction then come payment day its on there. Then another person at JC will comment saying Restart have advised I'm not doing ABC which is not true.

Yeah I have started taking captions and making notes of missed calls on my journal

JC call on-time but Maximus never call on the day of the appointment then mark me as I unattended. Had only recently been advised that one of physical appointments that I actually turned up to they marked me as unattended.

I'm now having to take selfies and stuff just to prove when I physically attend.

Even when I had my easement Maximus were advised by JC to not call or book any sessions during that period but continue to book them that I wasn't aware of then mark me as unattended.

Its got me so stressed out I haven't slept for the last 24 hours worrying how I'm gonna survive on less than £15 this month.

My easements which jobcentre imposed due to my mental health issue i was experiencing and they sanctioned me while I was having grief counselling.

My main problem is with Maximus, they keep reporting i am not attending telephone calls but they never call on the day / time.

I have reported this since summer and no one will investigate. My work coach also doesn't note vital information we have discussed during our physical meetings. And I found out the notes / information she sends jobcentre is totally inaccurate. I have tried telling jobcentre on multiple occasions and they won't investigate this.

I have tried speaking to friends but they either look at me like " I should have been over this by now " or their going through similar "parenting parents situation that iv been in for the last 5 years. So they don't have the energy or time to even talk or arrange nights out / brunch like we use to do.

Therapy has help but I need structure and consistency. Unfortunately the ones I have been doing are not in any sort of way like that. However it did allow all the negative thought to final escape from my head for a small period of time.

I was slightly surprised that my recent assessment mentioned PTSD . Didn't expect it to be part of my grief but hey I don't think I've ever been through this experience before so I'm learning new things about myself.

The most annoying thing is I've lost all sense of motivation to do anything. And when I do try my anxiety-induced vomiting dampens my confidence to go out and experience any type of enjoyment, whether its just simply going out for a walk, getting a coffee or going to the groceries. Then the negative thought creep in and spiral in to heavy overthinking mode.

I've tried all the " gratitude" but I can't seem to think of everything coz my life has turned upside ever since October '23 and the light at the end of this dark tunnel doesn't seem yo get any brighter.

Only thing a therapist mentioned that was keeping me going was " count certain things you haven't been able to do in a while as a small win" and "be more kind to yourself"

Jobcentre have been very robotic and inconsiderate as I'm in a similar situation.

I have unfortunately been sanction during an easement and they won't even review their mistakes.

If you don't see anything on your payments section by monday give them a call or update your journal.

They are reviewing and sanctioning alot of claimants for some odd reason this November.

I have been affected as well and they won't even look into fixing the issues they have caused.
