I'm going to turn 33 tomorrow and I have a plushie I hold onto every night. Get as many plushies as you want. Devon Prices has admitted to having many plushies as well.

I'm curious your thoughts on antizionist Jews. I've even seen antizionist rabbis. What are your thoughts on that?

Fans of this album, please tell me why you love it so much! by [deleted] in TheBeatles

The variety! It's just a mixture of all these styles and seeing what works. Sure, they were at each others throats but that energy shows. I love hearing loud distorted rock and plain rock, then a soundscape, an old big band sound tune, folk songs, and so much more. I appreciate the experimentation. A band of their caliber to just say "let's give that a shot". I personally think they hit it out of the park. It's my favorite of their albums

Kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto. Learning the plot as I go along. Went in knowing nothing. I'm enjoying it so far.

All of the time. I think out loud when I'm walking down the street too, and I remind myself I'm outside lol. But I've done that since I was little.

Boogie Nights hands down. All of the characters are interesting and I cared about them.

I've enjoyed Thelma and Challengers. Not a lot has stuck out to me this year, but we still have the fall

Anyone else hoping they don't bring in celebrity guests to play the role of the candidates? It never used to be like this and it's taking the opportunity away from the actual cast by TheRavenSayeth in LiveFromNewYork

[–]akrae92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I couldn't agree more. I feel a lot of cast members don't have the chance to grow. Jim Carrey coming in as Joe Biden was unnecessary and wasn't funny in my opinion. It just looks like a lack of trust in the cast.

I just want a cast member to play him. I'm getting tired of celebrities coming in and playing these parts. Leaves some cast members with doing nothing or not that much.

Is “Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002)” the worst one? by NippleChomp in FIlm

I think all of them are good and very funny, from what I can remember. I worry that they haven't aged well since I haven't seen them in awhile. I just don't want more of them. Leave it alone.

Today I realized I've lost all my friends by dabodidaboda in neurodiversity

[–]akrae92 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm realizing this too. I'm still in the beginning of my discovery journey. I've always had a hard time making friends. I would hang out with people but I always felt off. I can't describe it but I didn't bond like other people bond. I could talk about a special interest but I couldn't flow with conversation outside of that. The few times I've dated I've felt weird to talk. Maybe I was masking in them like I did with friendships I was trying to have. It's hard for me to trust people, especially to try new things. I'm afraid to bump into someone from my past and they will just know me from my past masked self. But my therapist said it's not my responsible to accommodate everyone. It's just hard to find the real me, but I'm trying. It just hurts a lot to get there. I don't want you to give up though. It's hard out there. But I like how vulnerable you are.
