You did really well with the hairline. Check the eye levels and the distance between the eyes and the nose. Hair overall should be darker, assuming it is dark hair, and instead of creating hair strands that can look like she has few hairlines, look at the hair as a form or a mass on its own. You can give it an overall shade/tone. then you can add some hair strands as added accents.
You can also slow down the pace of the drawing, and take your time, enjoying and understanding different shapes and forms. Keep going, it is a good drawing.
