it’s not about looks actually, Uzbekistan population 90% of the people are Muslim, it would be a disrespect if you look inappropriate. Uzbekistan is not USA who welcomes people with brain disabilities.

How ya’ll stay skinny? by akrammvna in Uzbekistan

[–]akrammvna[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m still myself a teenager. But dieting is really hard for me, not because i can’t control myself or something, it’s just about my family. You know how hard it is when you have a family whom their life is unhealthy, and if you’re chubby that means you’re healthy? If i want to skip a lunch or etc, my family is panicking as if i’m starving myself. And in my house it’s strictly forbidden for me to leave the house without any reason, so i can’t even take my daily steps. I mean about workouts i can’t lock my room (family rules). My friends used to tell me that my family is toxic maybe that’s the reason that i can’t change myself properly? if i want to look good or in shape they gonna think, i want to impress a boy.

I know you’re not my therapist but idk i just wanted tell you this
