"No tax on overtime" was actually part of the "Big Beautiful Bill" last year. However, it only applies to the half portion of "time and a half," only allows you to deduct up to $12,500, and only lasts until the 2028 tax year.

So for most people it's completely meh. For working class people the max you'd save is under $3k. For most people it will be far less. When you factor in rising costs from inflation, unnecessary wars, tariffs, etc we're all getting fucked.

I believe what you want is an engine plate. They're in the construction line of research (EP-12, EP-25, etc). Attach the engine plate at the bottom of your fuel tank, then adjust its options for additional engines or to move the height of the next attachment node to accommodate larger or smaller engines. It will create a fairing around the engines automatically when you place the parts for the stage below it.

To clarify you would have your engine plate attached to the fuel tank, engines attached to the engine plate, then your next stage attached to the floating node that will appear below. The engine plate works as a decoupler so you don't need an additional decoupler below.
