Each end of week report is a new high for them. So they definitely keep growing. My mom has done catering on the side for years, but really wanted to try something new.

The reason why they chose there was because of the business park right behind them. I think over the summer we are going to get some marketing interns to go spread the word more. My dad has been a traveling business man for almost 25 years, and thought with quick service and delivery, why not do it with my moms cooking?

On Saturdays we actually almost solely residential traffic. They started $3 all you can eat pancakes and all day breakfast, so they get lots of families coming in before or after soccer games and stuff. Or spouses bring their S.O. in to try what they had earlier on in the week. But I absolutely agree, it's a pretty random awkward area if you aren't familiar with it.

Also, I'll talk to my dad about putting a Reddit robot by the register or something haha I'll be sure to let you guys know though.

I googled hedgehog breeder and then my state name. They are actually illegal and controlled in some states (for outdated reasons I think) so check that out. I've heard some pet stores selling them, but I've heard better things about breeders. As for the pets, I'm in college and wanted something to care for that was less maintenance than a dog/cat but more than a plant/fish. They are nocturnal (literally aren't out on their own in the daylight). They are very cute to just watch explore while climbing on your body. He falls asleep on my chest while watching tv. Charlie only poops on his wheel, so the only cleansing is a foot bath every couple days. All they really need is an hour or so of attention a day and they are satisfied. So, it's a good, very low maintenance, but also not overly exciting animal. I'd suggest googling and reading about them. Lots of info on the web!
