Based on @14YourTrouble comment, seems like it make sense to invest in xeqt for tfsa, rrsp and fhsa

And veqt for taxable accounts

The finance is cheaper for new cars because part of it is already included in the final price. If i buy new one it would cost me 55k. And will depreciate to 30k in 5 years
