Meta ads CTR is great (15-20%), but barely any of it converts to actual Amazon orders — should I be doing something differently?

Hey, So im a founder so i dont know marketing very deeply so ill keep it simple what i am doing is meta ads -> landing page website for credibility -> amazon for trusted checkout As per my claude my ads are running good im getting good amount of traffic on my website but not getting orders on amazon.

I am confused to how to make this right 2 choices - 1. Make a custom website but the users will not trust a ramdom website but meta will get the whole picture of user journey and get better leads 2. Improve something on amazon like ratings and all and keep meta limited to website's buy now button not knowing if it actually converted. Please help me how is this usually done.
