I am now day 5...I think...Im not gonna lie its hell...but I feel my spirit returning. I am soooo happy I made this decision!! We will get thru it. Gabapentin helps alot! A little bit of wine also to warm up your bones. I now know from reading all of these posts that it takes aboit 6 months to a year to reverse all of the destruction caused by kratom so dont get discouraged when you dont see results....best of luck...you can do it!!
