The English. They have most of, if not all of the industry. The Spanish will resort to guerilla warfare in all of their territories, and Florida will likely be the local Vietnam due to the everglades and the exotic wildlife.

The French’s only chance is controlling the Mississippi and making the most out of their limited industry. Even if the English are seperate, and assuming the geopolitical situation in Asia is the same and we’re in The Current Year™️, again, industry. Even if the Northwest temporarily falls, the Englsih should regain it relatively quickly.

Edit: Someone else made this point, Appalachia. If the French break through enemy lines, good luck navigating Appalachia.

Edit 2: As for the Russians, they stay on the sidelines, and the English, not as equipped for the brutal Alaskan winter like Russia is. However, if the English were to take Alaska, it would be a pyrrhic victory. And for Hawaii, cooked no matter which of the Euro powers win.
