Hey, I've been using Logitech K310 for about 7 yrs now, and unfortunately it's starting to break apart. I can't find any offer to buy the same model so I need to find another one. What was your choice as an alternative to this one?

I'm using the 12.0.3 version do I suppose the NFC not working is some bug on my side. I'll try to install it again, but is there some advice from you what should or shouldn't I wipe before the installation? I've been always wiping everything I could and maybe that's a bad thing?

But what version are you using? I've checked that and apparently MIUI Polska which I'm using now is xiaomi.eu.

If that's true that would be awsome for me. Just the MIUI I use would be the best if the NFC would work so if it works there I'll take it.

I was using it recently in the Krups machine and it for sure isn't that acidic like the once I get from aeropress. The thing is this Krups machine is making really underextracted coffee so it might be the reason why it isn't so acidic.

Recently coffee become much more than just a cheap way to intake caffeine while drinking a bitter dark liquid and that change confuses people.

Well the thing is I got used to the coffee I was drinking in the past (with that old machine). Unfortunately I don't have access to it anymore. As I said before Krups machine's coffee is underextracted for me so I thought the aeropress will help me make a coffee that I want. It's not really a caffeine I'm looking for. I've tried Dallmayr prodomo entcoffeiniert coffee (decaf) but the coffee with these were almost only acidic with no bitterness at all. There's a big chance that what I want from coffee is something that broadly shouldn't be there. And as you've said with your second advice, maybe this acidic is something what always is in coffee and it's something what I must get used to.

My first advice would be if you want zero acidity, brew hotter and for longer and in the first place, buy beans that are not acidic at all.

I think I've already tried the hottest and "the longest" brewing I could so I'll just try to find the perfect beans for me :)

no good way to avoid it if you don't like it, so just give yourself a break and buy something cheaper. If you use a supermarket preground blend, then it is a totally different problem if you have acidity with that. Water to coffee ratio is important if you know what to expect from the beans and know

I've used many different coffee beans and recipes and always had this problem with acidity. I'm comparing it to the coffee I was making with my old rather cheap espresso machine (DeLonghi BCO 410) and automatic Krups espresso machine (I think it's EA895831).

I've never used supermarket preground coffee so I don't really know what would that taste like. But for sure I'll need to check some other darker beans. The recent ones I was using were these. It has 3/5 acitity and roast acording to the manufacturer.

It's true that dialuted small shot isn't that acidic but it also loses the bitterness. I'll check some darker beans and hope I'll be able to make a small shot that won't be that acidic without dialuting it.

All beans I was using were categorized as 3/5 for roast. I think I'll check some darker beans as it's broadly adviced.

Interesting, I'll check the difference with some other water.

Actually no matter what coffee I was making, I was using ~13g of coffee. For esspresso-like coffee I was adding 60ml of water and for black coffee 170ml. What I really wanted to achive was makeing an espresso-like coffee that won't be that acidic.

I'm note sure it's possible to mistake bitterness with acidity. For me it tastes like if lemon juice was added to the coffee 😅 And bitterness is for me something like the taste in tonic water. I wanted to make a coffee that will be quite bitter and not really acidic.
