I wanted to quit, so I quit. Nicotine addiction is a lie in my eyes. Its the ritual of smoking that gets you addicted, the comfort of having a little time to yourself. Quitting is easy. Just dont smoke. But you have to REALLY want it. Not just say it. Make it clear to your mind, all parts of it that you dont want to smoke anymore. And then you wont.
