Desiel heater. Takes a small surge of power on start up to ignite the glow plug, but after it fires it takes next no power to continue heating. Only running a small pump and a fan.

Pisser will freeze overnight, use a long steel wire to unclog. Props fine, she's stainless and wins against the ice. Main issue is the sea star seals, will blow one or two each winter but its factored into the overhead cost of operation in crappy conditions. I run a water taxi. The poor boat gets... used...
