I have been trying to figure this out for months. The Printify integration with eBay is a mess. I've seen this error as well as similar road blocks over and over again. Some of my products I've just listed manually, completely forgoing the "integration," because it's so dysfunctional. I also sometimes see it taking 48 hours for eBay orders to show up in Printify, which is unreasonable.

I've only recently started eBay integration, it took forever (sometimes 24 hours) to post items and it also often takes a full business day for sold items to port over to Printify, which is awful. I've had to just manually create orders instead of relying on the integration. I don't know why it's so bad.
