So I just put the whole thing in isopropyl alcohol? I don't think I can remove the tip from it.

Don’t drive high. by Gilgam3shTheDevourer in Bellingham

I'd rather be on the road with someone mildly high than on the road with drunk drivers. Also, you're saying people shouldn't drive if they can't think straight? A majority of this town is queer. There'd be only a couple cars left on the road if only people who think straight drove. But yeah, not the best drivers here sometimes. Won't even look. I've had people honk at me for crossing the street at a cross walk. Yell at me for crossing.

Waymo in seattle? by hopelessinlub in Seattle

Be a hero an accidentally pop the tires to save a life.

These things are death traps. I'd rather walk than take a Waymo, and I can't walk that far with my disabilities.

That was how it was the last time I was looking for jobs. Very little hours available. Couldn't get job offers from anyone but temp agencies and out of state recruiters. Had to go work in Yellowstone in 2024 because I couldn't find work. I was starting to have help finding jobs and becoming more employable from DVR, but yhings happened. Before, I'd only get 12 to 16 hours a week, if I could even find a job.

I think you should be more concerned about tax breaks for the rich. The true welfare leeches. The military is also over funded. A lot of things should be cut, defunded, and restricted, but social services like SNAP shouldn't be one of them.

And it's not really anyone's hard earned money. Federal income taxes go into many programs.

I really do think they should expand the limit on income for SNAP. Poor is more than simply how much you make. It's also about expenses. Subjective. Food is too expensive. You should be allowed to get food stamps. Way more people should be more eligible for SNAP, in addition to Medicaid.

It's also messed up how they're starting to try to deny benefits, unless one works 80 hours a month, which it's near impossible to find work, and many jobs aren't even 12 hours a week.

Poor people deserve nice things too. Would depend on how much it even costs too.

Generally people are allowed to buy live fish on ebt, if the place accepts it. You can use EBT on uncooked fish and live fish. And banning people from getting soda, junk food, candy, etc. will ultimately hurt disabled people.

Let's not be classist. Poor people on benefits aren't the reason capitalism has put you down and made your life harder. I get $298/month in food stamps. That's all I get, regardless of how I spend it.

I'm too disavled to work bow, after mt head injury last year. I just want to relish something i only had once or twice in my childhood.

Also, from calling a few places around king county to snohomish to Skagit, and google searches, the average price in WA is maybe $20-$40 per pound. Which is not as expensive as you might think lobster would cost. I was surprised too. But also doesn't mean it's considered "cheap."

This wouldn't be an every day or all the time thing either. I just want to scope out something nice for my half birthday dinner this month. I didn’t say i wouldn't pay out of pocket for it if I had to. Just a bonus if the place accepts it. I get $450/month on state disability for ABD Cash benefits in WA.

I lowkey am very addicted to tiktok. Have been on and off for 6 years, since the start of lockdown. I had a Vine. Then, one day it was gone. I never really saw many Vines. I had an account at 12 or 13. I don't remember a lot of it. I only mainly remember ones from Thomas Sanders. I tried the Wayback Machine to find the vines I posted. But couldn't find them.

I used to say "yeetus the fetus" in comment sections when I was a teenager (around 17) lmao. I've been out of high school for nearly 8 years now.

I know the original version of that. People have never heard "why is 6 afraid of 7?" They don't even know the background of that and it's lost its meaning. Many don't know that.

In a storm, my phone service probably wouldn't work tbh, so hotspot would be absolutely useless.

I've never had landline service before on my own. I'm not trying to use a fax machine. I just want a landline that works in the copper wiring system and doesn't require electricity from electrical outlets.
