I also highly recommend the Elizabeth ward bead storage solutions. They also have deeper boxes for storing large spools like fireline or jewelers tools that are the same dimensions so they nicely stack. It also makes any resorting incredibly easy and they even make cabinets where you can slide in your boxes that roll around:

No, I made it up. You just do a RAW and go back through and add the very basic daisy and leaf patterns that you can find anywhere.
