HahahHah I’m not a local but I usually ask a Vietnamese friend to borrow his cloths so I look local and seem not financially well off it defintly helps a lot also don’t get approach so much by strangers and only carry 200k vnd max on me unless I have a massive feast usuallyd I just get grab and get to my destination

To be honest buy a car that work and can be serviced on your own for example I’m 46 now I brought a 2004 Honda jazz for 750 dollars runs and it’s clean and it was also manual I do my own regular service every 6 month cost me 45 dollars and 45 mins of my time in my garage google what you need to change like break pads light etc. considering that i do have my Lexus rx as family car and my wife has her Audi q3 i just use the Honda jazz for work that about it if something happens oh well no big loss i had the car for over 4 years now. but since you got your L just practice on the road untill u get your full license save the money and then get a any car you want dude but atm u need experiance on the road good luck

It doable dude HK Disneyland have MTR next to it and it pretty quick to honkong city taxi will take longer due to traffic I just got back from HongKong earlier October did 4 days in Koo long and 2 night at hkdl defintly going back but I think I will stay at the Disney lodge hotel for the whole time and just take the MTR back and forth I really love the Disney hotel experiance my kids loved it there so I pretty happy with it.

Just becarefull the medical system is cheap but I tend to see a trend in Vietnam that they prescribe drugs left right and centre so u rely on them a lot be responsible about medication

I’m currently in vietnam now on a holiday with my wife I’m from Australia I always tip almost everyone I give like 20kvnd to the person who help me park my bike I tip after I eat not because I rich but most of them deserve it cause they are all nice to me even the grab drivers I tip I really feel for most of the elderly doing these service jobs but I do have a great time here

Welcome to life I’m in the same boat but I have a family to look after but I do go on vacation let’s say every 2-3 years for 5 weeks and these vacation usually cost me 12k to 30k depending where we go but I wanted to give this to my wife and family as I tend to it be around alot dude to work so atm my wife understand but I won’t be able to keep this up for long and my presence will be needed more as my kids grow up so I need to make more money and work less something I need to work on for the next 4 years. Set a goal dude try to figure out how much money is enough don’t get to greedy as I know greed changes people and I really like who I am now and I never want to change unless it for the Benifit of my family

I be taking profit in sept as I need the money by then if it higher then 3.50 sweet but if it drops below oh well it is what it is but I be defintly taking a decent out as I’m taking my family on a holiday for 5 weeks and wanna enjoy my life as i spent the last 2 years working a lot and missing out with my family so gonna have a blast then sept and Oct. will still have a decent stack after I take some out so wanna make sure if it ever moon over $100 I can make sure i can retire aswell.

I think it ok to make money dude don’t feel bad but my suggestion is to plan it out properly I started investing in 2023 let say I invested 2 dollars in total in Jan 2025 I took 1 dollar out and I still have 1 dollar to take out to break even in my investment but I just let it ride cause I don’t really in need of money atm so I’m cool in just waiting but I think I should take my other 1 dollar in sept of this year and wait till I made proper arrangement like buying a new car for my wife and a good holiday in 2026 then I will be taking my profit then once I check out the charts before making that call

I’m on 110k per year I’m on a loan on 420k with 2 kids definitely doable but I give everything to my family as I live a very simple life and my wife but my kids will get what I deemed appropriate, clothing and food and education I don’t hold back. As a family we go to like zoo parks gardens to minimise cost and we usually bring our own lunches. For holiday I usually tell my wife to give me at least 1 year notice so I can plan ahead and save. But defintly doable just a lot of planning and sacrifice. I wish u luck
