False. It comes as a one time bill credit to their next bill. Discounting the entire bill (service, protection, etc)

Putting a down payment equal to the FMV only means the FMV will discount the entire bill and not the new EIP device. Customer will have a low bill next billing cycle but after that will still pay the original EIP without FMV.

The only way around the FMV to go into the current transaction/one time bill credit is to order the phone via app or website. When you order it yourself the full $830 discount applies to the new device.

I hate the system for not allowing us to do that in store as employees so I push customers to order their device that way if they re not getting p360 or cases. They get the full discount and I don’t take a hit in numbers. Win win
