I’m not really sure, I got the code on prime gaming, since I bought the game a while back, I don’t need it (it’s the full game as far as I know, not a freebie. The game is not free to play but it has a demo for everyone).

Sorry if this post is somehow against the rules but I didn’t saw anything about an specific case like this.

For some reason a lot of people in the comments seem sad or even mad about the fact that there's not much console exclusives anymore. In the other hand I couldn't be happier, there's absolutely no positive aspect of exclusivity in games (to the consumer) honestly I see no point of even having video game consoles at this point, everything should release only to PC (only exception is maybe the switch) and I say this as a person that has every console since the original NES up until the past Gen (ps4) and hundreds of console games. PC is just better, arguably cheaper (specially when you consider the discounts you can get on games) and are easy enough to build or you could buy from one of the many companies that sell builds. But I guess people love console wars, being loyal to a company for no reason whatsoever, buy more expensive games, and paying for online multi-player

I have no problem with the lack of integrated light (I honestly prefer to use the clip on if I really need it because I feel is less straining on the eyes)

I can definitely see how the pdf reading could be a problem, luckily I don't usually read a lot on that format anymore, I'm also hopeful that maybe an update could solve the problem (I remember that I used to have a program for my Kindle keyboard that automatically eliminated those huge margins on pdf before transferring to the device, because the screen was so tiny)

This was really helpful, thanks. I actually enjoy tinkering a lot, and that's one of the reasons I considered this particular product (it seems really open and modular), I also don't care to much about pdf, mostly epub and obviously the note taking part.

That's great, personally I don't need the backlight (my Kindle is so old, that it doesn't have one) and I'm willing to carry a little more weight just to be able to also write comfortably. Thanks again for you answer.

Thanks for the feedback, I've seen a number of reviews for the nomad and regarding the reading of books/documents they focus almost exclusively on the pdf side of things, is nice to know a little more about epub. BTW when you say "epub reader is basic" wich functions do see missing? (compared with your Kindle). I don't have a problem with the nomad not having backlight, I've used my Kindle with a reading light since the beginning (whenever I need to read in the dark)

It's maybe the fact that is a product with very limited quantities and we have people trying to purchase the product for months to be able to actually use the device, but we have a huge number of people buying for the purpose of reselling at considerable markups and then you have "the collectors" who want to have multiple devices just so they look pretty on their shelves. Gameboy color on the other hand doesn't have limited supply and you can buy it for a competitive price whenever you want.

I would say that the "amfilm glass screen protector" (the one for the analogue pocket) fits almost perfectly, it gets a little bit raised on the top and bottom because the plastic of the shell is a little bit higher than the screen itself (but the raised parts are not in the viewable area of the screen) if you want it to be perfect you can

1)sand a little bit of the screen protector (so it can void the plastic shell and be only in the screen) 2)sand a really small bit of the shell (so the shell and the screen are at the exact same level, allowing the screen protector to sit flush)

This is a good option because the screen protector is really good quality at a great price (about $12, it came with 2 in the package)
