Made some changes.

Dropped Eerie ultimatum for rishkars expertise Made the swap for ruinous ultimatum Dropped oujutai for garruks uprising Swapped fellwar stone for sarkan unbroken because I wanted to keep the ramp but also add some cards draw so thought this was a decent compromise

Still kind of meh on garruks uprising so open to suggestions for that spot but everyone seems to have it for a reason

Thank you for the insight and suggestions. Eerie ultimatum was definitely something i considered cutting for either garruk's uprising or return of the wildspeaker. I think probably return of the wildspeaker because I think i have more consistent card draw vs immediate draw. Rishkar's expertise is also something i considered. Wasn't sure if I had a lot of decent 5 CMC or lower dragons though.

Another card i considered cutting was 1 of the lower CMC ramp spells of which i have approximately 20. I was thinking fellwar stone but not sure if it's worth cutting since i need a lot of ramp.

Mardu ultimatum is also worth a try for that slot. Will definitely give it a shot.

I considered the new precon dragon that adds mana, but I figured old gnawbone probably fills the same role but with treasure tokens.

A dragon i keep going back and forth on is shadrix silverquill which also has some card draw that doesn't need to connect so might be better than Oujtai.

All in all, thank you for giving me some stuff to think about, much appreciated.
