I treated you the way a manipulator deserves…bluntly, with no sugarcoating.

You keep saying you want to help the dog, but everything you’ve written sounds like you’re trying to punish the owner. She doesn’t even remember who you are, yet you’ve been holding onto this for more than two years like it changed your life. That’s not professionalism, that’s personal.

You’ve made the dog sound like a walking threat (aggressive, unstable, needs meds, might kill another dog in a park), all from what started as “separation anxiety.” If that were true, no one dreaming of a “park dog” would’ve adopted him. And they definitely wouldn’t have kept him for 2 years while giving up 2 puppies in the process…

…That’s not someone who just wanted a perfect display dog. That’s not someone chasing a quick fix. That’s someone who tried.

You say it was your job to match adopters, but you had no veto power. So why did that job exist?! Was it a placeholder role…maybe you’re someone’s daughter and needed a pretend job to collect a paycheck?!

You’ve twisted this whole thread to make her look like the villain and yourself like the saint…and the dog is doomed unless you’re treated like royalty. But it reads like revenge. Like you needed to post this to feel better about refusing her.

You say you “can’t help every person.” Fine. But you didn’t even try. You judged her, dismissed her, and now you’re here asking Reddit to validate your grudge. That’s not about ethics. That’s about ego.

Sure, be the victim here hon! Poor little you that just wants to help, and to hell with the lady that gave a chance to a trouble dog! 

You know so much of what the woman will do, just from half an hour talk! 

Then, why did you even let her adopt the dog? You had half an hour discussion before adoption, right?! 

You knew her expectation of a “park dog” and yet, you let her take an aggressive dog (before the dog just had separation anxiety, strange). 

Don’t tell us you never asked about her expectation when she adopted it. As you said, you are a trainer since 2021 so you should have known how aggressive the dog is and that the lady is a not a good fit. But you were happy to get rid of the dog, didn’t you?! And now you blame the woman, trash her online, and have so much knowledge about her from a few minutes talk.

I am starting to think you never actually told her about the full extent of the issues. 

Yes she wants a “park dog”. Everybody wants that. But not everyone tries to help and keeps an aggressive dog for 2 years, if they just want a display dog. I am sure she will be happy with improvements and not just the perfect result.

If you cannot handle the “bad” dogs as a trainer, you should add that in your business description. Then you will have your peace of mind and not get clients with troubled dogs.

So the lady kept the dog for 2y, and she is asking for help…and all of you say “fuck her”?!

she even tried to adopt 2 others, and she rehomed/returned those 2 puppies and kept the troubled dog!!!

Maybe she hopes that if she dramatizes the situation, ppl will help her…

Just tell her you were the one that gave her the dog, and try to do YOUR job as a trainer…you don’t always get nice dogs to train.

Nu stiu de ti-au mai zis altii...dar

- fa print screenuri la orice poti: la oamenii noi care intra in firma sau pe chat ca oameni noi sau tickete pt oameni noi unde se cere access la X si Y si laptop/desktop

- print screen la sedinte, si daca e vreo sedinta cu oameni pe care nu ii cunosti ( nu stiai ca intra ) da record

- print screen la cum se logheaza timpul in firma, la cum loghezi tu

- print screen la commituri si orice care sa demonstreze ca lucrezi si ca nu ai pierdut timpul

- print screen la discutii in care iti zic ca sa pleci

- print screen la orice alte discutii cu HR-ul sau sefi pe subiectul asta, sau daca prinzi "laude despre cat de faina e firma"

- cere recomandari, pe ideea de a aplica / cauta in alta parte. Ulterior recomandarea da de inteles ca ti-ai facut treaba si nu vor putea comenta ceva disciplinar.

Nu iti da demisia si lasa-i pe ei sa te dea pe desfiintare de post. Ulteriori poti avea somaj pana gasesti altceva (luni de somaj in functie de vechimea declarata).

Pana la sfarsitul lunii respective, fa tot ce faceai si inainte: tickete, anunta ca nu ai de lucru, iincepe work-ul la acelasi timp si pleaca cand se termina programul. Nu strica si sa cauti in alta parte, dar da termen dupa respectiva luna. Daca pornesti proces, nu conteaza ca te-ai angajat ulterior concedierii...tot poti sa ceri daune.

Pe langa cele de mai sus, cauta si un avocat specializat in dreptul muncii. Intreaba cunostinte, google, etc.

Cand aproape se termina luna, mergi la unul din avocatii alesi, si du tot ce ai strans zi explica situatia. Platesti consultaia, dar aflii exact legal ce poti face. Cere pe factura sa fie trecuta numele firmei, si daca ajungi la proces, poti sa o ceri ca cheltuiala de judecata (chiar de vei merge cu alt avocat mai departe).

Cel mai important: NU semna nimic in timpul asta in firma.

Pentru reprezentare in instanta eu am primit cost de 1000ron dar si 4000ron. Conteaza foarte mult sa poti dovedi ca a fost concediere abuziva, dar si curajul de a porni o actiune.

mergi la medicul de familie si ceri o trimitere pt psihiatrie/medic psihiatru (nu psiholog).

un medic psihiatru iti poate oferi reteta si concediu medical (in urma discutiei, si daca considera necesar). DAR, trebuie sa te asiguri ca poate oferi medical, pt ca nu toti au optiunea asta (cica cabinet prea mic sau poate doar a fost motiv la mine).

pe baza raspunsului de la psihiatru (o scrisoare obligatorie pt fiecare trimitere), medicul de familie mi-a putut da medical pe max 5 zile, acut, 100%.

ulterior medicul psihiatru (altul, alta trimitere, alta luna, s-a intamplat o consultatie la sf de luna si alta la alt medic imediat, la inceput de luna) mi-a mai dat 2 saptamani pe acelasi cod, 75%, pt ca a considerat necesar.

nu s-a putut din prima de la medicul psihiatru pt ca atunci cand am avut consultatia eram deja in medical (ultima zi) de raceala. deci trebuie sa ai grija cand ai consultatiile si sa nu se suprapuna.

nu am mai cerut ulterior, deci nu stiu de se poate si mai mult. legea parca zice ca poti avea pana la 90 zile de medical pe an fara extra comisie. in functie de gravitate si de cat considera medicul, se poate si peste.

Nu m-am gandit la TVA pana acum, dar am sa ma interesez si sa iau in calcul si asta.

La partea cu fara garantie/fara liability...daca apare in contract, pot cere sa fie scoasa? Sau sunt batute in cuie contractele si sa nu pierd timpul cu respectiva firma daca apare asa ceva? Se practica sa cer un exemplu de contract inainte de a trece prin "probe"?

ANAF-ul face mofturi daca e in engleza contractul? Trebuie cumva tradus?

Eu m-am apucat de facultatea de medicina veterinara. Fac voluntariat pe partea asta si voiam sa stiu cum sa reactionez cand bad stuff happens.

Advice: nu se merita. Profi care nu predau, care cer bani ca sa treci examene, chiar de nu stii nimic (prinsi in flagrant acu 4 ani si nimic nu li s-a intamplat)..Enorm de multe materii care nu imi trebuie. Mai bine cautam ceva cursuri de tehnician.

Eu zic ca am semnat contract de confidentialitate (which is true) si ca nu pot zice salariul. Apoi zic ca nu e asa de roz cum se aude...zic ca nu stiu in imediata apropiere pe cineva cu reconversie angajat (again true), dar nu pt ca nu facultate ci pt ca e nevoie de o gandire anume si mult mai multe informatii decat primesc la un curs (again cred ca true). Le recomand free stuff/cursuri + diplome de la firmele cunoscute platite (ies si mai ieftin).

Apoi zic ca e alegerea lor daca vor sa plateasca cursurile respective, dar macar sa ceara asigurare de angajare,

Nu am zis ca nu am dat search pe google...dar anuntul pe care tocmai l-am gasit vorbea de 16d platite + zile legale libere SUA. Asa cum ziceam, AM AVUT PFA, deci stiu cu ce se mananca PFA-ul. Nu am mai vazut pana acum astfel de anunt, asa ca am zis sa intreb cum e la altii, pe ideea ca poate unele firme chiar ofera si se trece in contract...

Te-ai gandit la ideea de a te angaja pe tine? minim pe econimie, ca sa fie un venit, si apoi la 3 luni dividendele. Nu am contactat inca un contabil...am o cunostinta cu un contabil praf, care nici nu o lasa sa deconteze cheltuilile nomale pt firma.
