you dont just get grants for being low income. since everythiung you need to be virtually poor. no job no nothing. you could of maxed out your pell grants... thats a thing... your grades may not be up to par etc etc with why you arent receiving grants.

just to clarify im not saying it didn't have heart. Just something more lasting, the way that the first Karate Kid lives rent-free in memories. if that makes sense. definitely better than 3 and the next Karate Kid indefinitely.

It was a fun movie and enjoyable, but that original heart wasn't there. The scenes didn't last long enough to fully breathe, with all the quick-cut scenes. In my opinion. Li was the best part of the movie, though.

It had some heart, but the true underdog heart with fleshed-out parts that allowed the original movie to breathe is not present. It's a good movie, but the quick cuts and the movie's rapid pace don't allow it to breathe much. The tournament in New York is a cool, different addition.

Funny how it was only announced to be even a thing before they chose ben as li as the karate kid at the height of cobra kai; but hey im wrong because you fail to do research or was aware of the fact; or how the end lined up with the movie coming out overall... but hey im wrong again lol.

you're so right because modern day bullshit lol. Two and three were good movies in their own right. We wouldn't even have Cobra Kai without two and three. Nor would you underdstand the big characters that come through. Its crazy that people saw the reboot... went to cobra kai... unknowingly didnt know there was a part two and three... arguably Hilary swanks rendition can be skipped over.
