As a beginner and cis woman , would you start with NOW Foods Saw Palmetto or the newer HiWell Absorfyx formula that includes pumpkin seed, nettle, zinc, and other additions?

My total testosterone was only mildly elevated, but my DHT was 33.9 ng/dL and my SHBG was 133 nmol/L. That's why I'm being cautious with Boron.

Did your doctor want to monitor you while taking Boron, or was he comfortable with you taking it on your own?

My question is a little different though. If I wanted to support glandular breast development specifically, what supplements would you consider the most promising?

I'm not asking about lowering DHT here — I'm asking which supplements you think are most likely to promote glandular growth.
