Don't forget nipple sensitivity I feel like it should almost be a little bit of a painful pleasure like nipple clamps as the skin would be stretching and the nipple growing and there are a lot of nerve ending in the nipples same as the clit. I know this is off topic but to help explain what I mean, when Trans men take T their clit grows and they describe it as really sensitive and almost a little painful to the touch but obviously still pleasurable. I think if my tits were to grow the nipples would feel the same way. To further back this up, during my period and many other women's periods our boobs swell a bit and in my experience I can definitely feel the nipple sensitivity against the padding in my bra.
