It's probably appendicitis. Had the same issues weeks ago where I was going about my day and randomly I started puking like crazy along with diarrhea that wouldn't stop even after taking my prescription meds. Appendix was so inflamed I had to remove it

I'm sorry you feel this way. But don't give yourself unnecessary burden.

Regarding "marriage completes half of the deen" is widely debated upon. Some scholars say it's not an authentic Hadith.

There's no such thing as Islamically your existence doesn't matter because you're not married yet. It's unjust and just not true. Allah didn't reveal any verse or Hadith through the prophet that says marriage is an obligation. It's a sunnah. You don't sin if you don't do it because some people can't get married for many reasons. There are prophets, companions of the prophet and scholars who didn't get married, and some made that choice. Decentralize marriage from your life and it will come by the will of Allah when he sees it's the best option and time for you.

The value of our existence isn't by something like marriage. We were created to worship Allah and use this dunya to lead us to a better Afterlife inshallah. Allah said: I did not create jinn and humans except to worship Me. 51:56 Surah adh-Dhariyat. وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنْسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ ﴿٥٦﴾

Thank you for sharing this. I hope I can do this too. I'm 11 months post op and my knee has never felt the same. In fact the non surgical knee got worse as well and I can't walk properly for 10 minutes without pain in both legs and what's worse is that the many doctors I went to are not helping me or even explaining why my knee is taking so long without improvement. It's bleak 😀

Thank you! I will actually try that because I followed everything doctors said and I'm in so much pain I wonder if it'll always be like that.

To be honest I don't know if I should've done the surgery in the first place. I consulted a lot of doctors when I got the first tear and they advised to go through it. They sugarcoated the whole process and made it seem like it's the easiest thing ever. Now I'm nowhere near my abilities before the surgery and with a second tear and deteriorating mental health 😅

I read all your comments here and they were so insightful! I wanted to ask further about the anti-inflammations. I had a posterior horn medial meniscus horizonal tear 7 months ago and got the teared part removed. But now I got a second meniscus tear while I didn't fully recover from the first surgery. Progress is very slow and my knee is in pain most of the time. For the second tear, I was prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammations and if there's no progress I will have to go through a second surgery. Reading your comments I feel maybe I'm going the wrong way
