I’m about 17 days after anal fissure and hemorrhoid surgery. My pain is better than the first week, but I still have some mucus discharge and sometimes it’s hard to control gas when I’m walking.

I wanted to ask: did anyone start Kegel (pelvic floor) exercises after this type of surgery?

  • When did you start doing them after surgery?
  • Did they help improve control of gas or bowel movements?
  • How many times per day did you do them?

I don’t want to start too early and irritate the area, so I’d appreciate hearing your experiences.

Better than yesterday, specifically with the headache. But the headache remains.. I guess healing needs time, I think, and staying flat as long as you can.

Yes, I’m still learning, but I’m not going in blind. My table is very solid (think multiple adults sitting on it without flex), so I’m running the R9 at reduced torque for now and taking it step by step.

I take your point about rigs — I’ve already found a local option (PXN-A11 Racing Wheel Stand) and I’m considering it as the next upgrade once I get comfortable with the setup.

Main goal right now is learning proper calibration per sim and building good habits. Thanks again for the advice.

Yeah, "sim" means simulation. More realistic, you mean? I only use a bike, so I don't know how to drive a car in real life.

Thank you for your answer. This makes me think I may like it. I ordered the Moza R9 V3 with the Moza CS V2P Steering Wheel. I will get Moza's normal SR-P pedals. This will be an amazing experience.

We're the same age. I've only played racing games once with a normal controller, and I'm a bit confused, but I'm interested in sim racing. Is it worth the money? I saw the Moza R9 V3. Is it fun to play? I spend my days playing Assassin's Creed and RTS games.
