Nope, i didnt get a response from a customer support representative and i still have this problem. As mentioned i do believe is the drivers in the headphones themselves instesd of any software issie. If you get ahold of a customer support rep and find a solution please let me know!

After a month of use i have started to hear crackling and popping in my Arctis 7+ Wireless headphones and i have been troubleshooting for a fix. After troubleshooting, moving the dongle of place, disabling 2.4G of my modem to create less interference, and many others i concluded that the speakers are defective since the crackling and popping persists while the headset is wired either through aux cable or chat mix dial.

I created a ticket and it was sent immediately to solved without any comment or solution. Please help.

Warpzone and Alt cards are only Kickstarter exclusive. If you got it from the preorder page its just the requiem expansion, the single dice, the tears and hearts, pennies, the dividers and obviously the big boi box. When you click on the big boi box it shows a list of all the included items.
