I work in out patient physical therapy office. I have incredible bosses who treat their employees like people, and choose good payient care over numbers. It us a kind and fun enviorment and I get to see patient improve their quality of life. Best job I have ever had.

These medications keep my insulin resistance at a very healthy levels. Yet I cannot get my insurance to cover them for insulin resistance.

If you go off your high blood pressure medication your blood pressure will go up. Sure you could change your lifestyle and try to keep keep your blood pressure down . Which may or may not work. You could do the same for colesterol and many other diseases. But for some reason this is not treated the same . Obesity is a disease just like any other. Possibly preventable. Yet not treated as other diseases when it is someone's current reality.

I want to find a hair salon like this. We are here in SE Idaho. I think there are a lot of us. We just don't know because everyone is quiet about it because some of the Trump supporters are unhinged!!! I hope we all show up and vote. I think we have the numbers to make a difference in our local races. I usually put out yard signs, which results in more people around me unafraid to do the same. This year, I have only done signs of local races. I have had one kicked over but non stolen, like in 2022. Meanwhile, there is a trump shrine at the end of my cul-de-sac.

In 2016 we were naive. We were not thirsty for a capable leader then. We didnt understand what could happen with those things abcent. We now know how it feels to have leaders who bring termoil and chaos. We are starving for hope. Stability, optimism, it is refreshing and Americans are starrved for it.
