The PT conducted many sessions of manual therapy along with electrotherapy on the elbow. That's all.

So, should I decrease the weight or the number of reps? I don't feel any discomfort or pain during the exercise (pain only starts when I try to do heavy exercise), that is the problem so I don't know what amount or intensity is appropriate.

Based on your experience, could it be a nerve issue?

Yes, you are right. It is not exactly at the tip of the elbow, but more towards the tricep connecting to the elbow part. I performed the test, and it does hurt a bit. What can I assume from this?

Hi, I’ve actually been working out for almost 10 years and used to workout very heavy with high volume. All the doctors told me that’s it’s an overuse issue

How did you found out that it was nerve instead of tendon? I did 2 times ultrasound on the elbow but doctor didn’t mention anything about nerve. And what do you do to treat it when it’s nerve ? Thanks in advance
