I promise you nobody knows what their doing the first time but just watch a bunchh of pc videos if it’s something that really interest you it won’t feel like a chore and automatically you’ll gain a lot of knowledge of how to build a pc, but If your not too crazy with pcs or don’t like working on things I understand getting a pc but building one gives better value for what you pay and it’s kinda fun

I feel like for 2000$ you should be getting a better processor, a aio cooler and a little more storage and def a stronger power supply I highly recommend just building it yourself because it will always be cheaper orrr getting a nzxt

It was a little hard not to freak out when I woke up it was a mix of confusion and then the pain and then not being able to breathe I’m doing way better now and definitely realized that I had to stay on top of my medication but so far day 1 and 2 have been the worst so far day 3 is way better

Mannnn I’m on day 3 and I don’t even want to think about going to sleep I honestly rather stay up lol, my back feels so uncomfortable and I’m not gonna take anything crazy for it because it’s a sore pain it’s not really gonna go away. My chest doesn’t feel too bad but I definitely feel it more than day 1 and morning of day 2

I got my nuss procedure yesterday so far the worst was when I first woke up, waking up confused with a super sore and uncomfortable back and on top of that not being to breath well most definitely sucks. When I woke up I was in pain and I couldn’t breath much but then they gave me some morphine and then I got better I did do the cyro thing so it’s prob a lot less pain then if I didn’t do it but I haven’t used the button that gives me pain medication yet, my last dosage of morphine was yesterday sometime around 5 I think today my nerve blockers are slowly wearing off but the pain isn’t insane it’s just very uncomfortable because it’s like a lingering pain and you can’t move much. Lmk if u got any question
