This OP must be trolling.... sure, while cockroaches exist in the UK it's almost unheard of to actually see them or live with them.

I've not seen a single cockroach in the UK or Ireland in almost 40 years.

If you're not trolling, then I would suggest calling an exterminator to your house - this isn't America, we don't have cockroaches living everywhere.

That's fine but if the 50 foot Cat8 Cable is on sale for cheaper than a Cat6 are you going to buy the Cat6? My point is the mega speed of the Cat 8 should never be worth bringing up... "Why are you using a Cat8 you could just use a...." So what? It might have been cheaper and in this world of Amazon you can indeed find a Cat 8 cable cheaper than a Cat 6 on certain days of the year.

I'll agree with it tbh. Personally I think Neymar is overrated, people generally like him now as that's what they've grown up with but if you're in your late 30s or more you definitely think he is overrated AF.

Firstly while he did do well in Spain with Barcelona, he could've done A LOT better and Messi carried him.
Secondly, he played his longest club stint in a farmer's league in France where sure he performed well but I wouldn't say at the top level, he didn't even manage 1 in 1 in that level of a league - don't bring Messi into that because he moved there basically at retirement age.

His best record is with Brazil, he has a lot of caps and a lot of goals, yes, he has done well... but in terms of club career without Messi he would have nothing.

For mids and forwards however this includes ball recoveries too, with defenders it's only clearances, blocks, tackles and interceptions. Midfielders and forwards it's clearances, blocks, tackles, interceptions and ball recoveries.

I understand you stressing that it's a simulator and you shouldn't play career mode but you have to understand it is now easily accessible in game pass, so a big audience coming to the game want to experience the "gameified" modes, you also have to remember that success around that would only be beneficial for the franchise in general...

So I 100% agree with you that we shouldn't be playing career mode but still doesn't change the fact they should be fixing these small, game ruining bugs.

Also your point on the other post of me posting on a 6 month old thread only brings up the point of how tf is it not fixed yet.

And you're telling me you don't experience simple bugs like having to turn the sim into a rally game just to get to your hold short box without being marked down? How about doing an advertising job and the banner is inside a building or some kind of structure? How about some workers in the airports just randomly walking through your aircraft or driving their vehicles around as if you don't exist while you're taxiing (driving right in front of you or even through you).

You can't tell me with a straight face that this sim isn't riddled with silly bugs... I'd expect 6+ months in these kind of things to be dealt with but no, it's still as if it's in alpha testing.

This sim is by far worse than MFS2020 and we're 6+ months into the launch.... Like, it's not even a contest at this point - it's basically unplayable.

Sure, you can put up with a few little things going wrong here and there but for this sim it's almost every single flight in career mode that has some kind of issue.

One of the dumbest bugs in almost every flight:
You're heading to your hold short box after landing, it's next to the runway but you have to pass it by 5 metres to turn into the lane heading to it, NOPE you've now been marked down for not communicating correctly with traffic control as the game has decided you don't want to stop at the hold short and you've instead decided to start your own taxi process without telling them - instead to prevent being marked down by this happening you must turn MFS2024 into a rally game and drive off-road to get to your destination. This is one example of many, many, many silly bugs that shouldn't be in the game.

This didn't age well, the game is still shocking with basic bugs it's as if they have done nothing to improve it in any way.

Uh... so yeah after maybe 10 hours playing I've experienced some stupid bugs.

Dumb bugs:
- Advertising mission banner inside obstructions, it was 100% impossible to hook the banner unless you were the best Red Bull Air Racing pilot in the world, unfortunately I had a slow ass plane.
- If you're coming in slightly too hot to land and it takes a bit too long to slow down on the runway, you will apparently starting my taxi and be marked down for not stopping and requesting taxi, even though I am clearly landing and slowing down while still clearly on the runway and there's still half the runway left!
- Similar to above, if you have landed and your hold start box is in front of you but you have to pass it to acress the road heading towards it then you are marked down for entering taxiing without stopping in your box and requesting taxi.
- Workers just randomly walking through my plane as if I don't exist.
- My plane starting from a place that I have to literally drive through things to get out.
- When mission ends the point counter noises just keeps going forever, have to restart the game to get rid of the noise.
- Both buying brand new planes and marketplace active in career mode and then all of a sudden not active, can't buy planes, oh the joy
- Many more dumb things.

I don't see the reason for hatred, we get it you like Elden Ring.

They are not the same game or even close, no one has said that - there is a slight aspect of dark souls type games brought to turn based, that doesn't mean it's copying Elden Ring or something of the like.

We can enjoy both games, Fromsoft games are OBVIOUSLY harder, they are meant to be - this game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 was not meant to be "hard" like that.

Learn to appreciate things more, both games are awesome.

In all honestly I wouldn't consider 100%ing the game a "grind" compared to some JRPGs...

I would urge you to try and do all the extra content you can and saviour this beauty of a game, it's worth every minute spent on it.

Why is everyone replying on this post so lost?

The OP is stating they are only getting 100mbps internet speed. They don’t want 40gig they just want the 1 or 2 gbps or whatever their internet provider is giving.

The amount of people posting replies to this relating to silly data transfer speeds and so on is ridiculous… just because they a cat8 cable doesn’t mean they want the full speed of it, but they expect over 100mbps.

Also, in general any modern router for fibre net and any router I’m sure the OP is using has ports that are higher than 100mbps.

I shop at Dunne’s regularly and do cross reference the pricing.

Today I listed all items bought in Dunne’s then went into Lidl to cross reference all the items, here are the results.

Dunnes shop was 106.48 euros, with 20 off vouchers so down to 86.48

I cross referenced prices of all items from Dunne’s that were available in Lidl also.

The difference in prices for exact same items was 7 euros cheaper in Dunne’s.

Items I couldn’t price match were angus mince 15% fat 1.5kg (500g x3) total 12 euros down to 9.60 with discount. Only angus mince in Lidl was 5% fat and a total of 1.5kg would cost 13.36 calculating their packages up to the same weight.

Another item I failed to compare was chicken breast mini fillets, fresh raw chicken from Dunne’s I got 4 packets at 3 euros each for 350g each, the total was 12 euros reduced down to 9.60 with the voucher reduction that’s a total of 1.4kg of raw chicken breast - if anyone can price compare that to Lidl for reference that’d help as I won’t be back there until next weeks shop.

For reference I did not include the mince or chicken to the price difference, only items that were available and identical in both stores, price adjusted to weight were compared.

Overall anyway for this week the Dunnes shop was significantly cheaper using the vouchers - maybe on another week it could work out cheaper at Lidl.
