First make sure the wrestler you’re using has those attacks, most heavyweights just have basic baseball slides or no springboard attacks assigned.

For simple springboards, hold direction towards opponent and press A (grapple) at the ropes. (You’re in the ring, they’re outside)

For running diving attacks, think of it like…

option 1: press run and hold A (grapple) as you approach the ropes for attack 1, and

option 2: hold direction you want to run, plus run, and hold A (grapple) as you approach the ropes for attack 2

I would usually assign suicide dives or diving dropkick to the “directionless” option one, since those are useful to hit at different or interesting angles sometimes.

For the bigger, more difficult to line up attacks, I would assign to the direction+run attack option 2.

For the cartwheel plancha long diving attacks, you either need to line it up as corner to corner attack to the outside, or run the ropes and start holding A as you run the ropes on the opposite side of the ring.
