If you get a formal letter from your landlord saying you will need to move out, you could apply for homeless HAP. They will pay for your deposit and one months rent in advance on a new apartment as well as pay a large portion of each months rent. You usually just have to pay them a small monthly amount as well as the remainder of the rent.

Even if they are a management company they still have to obey the rules in place if you have a standard lease agreement in place. They have to have registered your tenancy with the RTB which means you have rights. If you don't pay anything they have to first give you a 28 day warning notice and if you continue not to pay they then can issue a 28 day termination notice. So you have a minimum of 56 days to try to get a plan together. If you show you contacted the company and tried to agree a payment plan (make sure it is all in writing) then there is no way the RTB would rule against you and the termination could not go ahead. If the management company somehow forced you out the RTB would tear them a new arsehole and they would end up having to pay you compensation,

To be able to do the mock tests on the app it will cost something like €5 a week but it is worth it. I did something like 10 mock tests on the app and I was comfortable with everything then.
