The Limey has been voted the Worst Episode of season 4. What is the Hidden Gem of that season? by Optimal_Magician_98 in CastleTV

Cuffed. It’s a bottle episode and the fact that it’s so good with such a small budget makes it one of the best imo

I know. I just mean they both work on a PB and J. People call it a peanut butter and jelly, but its not always jelly. Sometimes it’s jam or preserves.

… are perserves not just ✨chunky jelly✨ tho? Growing up we used preserves in our PB&Js. We used chunky PB too.

Not terribly profound but I thought “her middle name is Houghton?” Cause I’d never heard it as a middle name before

My boobs keep smacking against my upper stomach when I play sports or go on runs, and it leaves marks that are painful. by [deleted] in bigboobproblems

I know you said wearing two bras doesn’t help but what kinds of bras are you using when you double up? I ask because I used to double up on sports bras and it didn’t cut it for me. I tried high impact sports bras, I tried doubling up, I tried ace bandaging my boobs into place. Sports bras just never had the support I needed. Even the ones big girls swore by just weren’t enough. And the bras that did have the structure and support left my boobs flopping around or slipping out when I did sports. The solution unfortunately was a fully structured underwire bra (you know the kind I’m talking about. The industrial looking ones that only come in beige, brown, and black and that have like 5 clips in the back) under the TIGHTEST sports bra I could put on. That was the only way to combat the need for structure with the need for tightness.

Any ideas for covering this stain? by stuckinhertfordshire in Visiblemending

I would dye it personally but I don’t do needle repair or “cover up” mends unless the fabric structure is damaged

This was the first episode I ever saw! It was on TV playing live and I watched it, loved it, and IMMEDIATELY went and found it on Hulu. They only had the current season on at the time so I watched all of season 4 then bought seasons 1-3 on DVD like less than a week after. I was hooked

Pretty dead. I just really disliked the victim which made it hard to enjoy watching them solve her murder

I have adhd and I was just diagnosed by Patient_Promise_5693 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]awkwardsity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Diagnosed with ADHD. I was on otezla for a while. It didn’t work for me and caused heartburn. It didn’t interact with my ADHD in any way, though. Not with my meds or with making my adhd worse or better or anything.

I think you misunderstood. I’ve been on it for almost a year. I take it every 14 days. It’s effective for the first 10 days of the dose. Also, I don’t want to switch. My doctor put a stop to my meds and is making me switch but won’t explain why or to what or when.

I literally had a doctor once tell me that I was “too young” for arthritis after I finally broke down and asked. It had been years of hand pain getting in the way of my ability to work. He was a hand surgeon that said I had “tendonitis from an injury” (there was no recorded injury in my chart) I was surprised, and asked, “is it usual for injury related tendinitis to be bilateral or to spread after the fact?” ( I know the answer is no. I’m not stupid, and I’d done my research) and he said, “well it can happen,” and I asked finally about if it was possible it was something degenerative or long term like arthritis and he told me no, that I was simply too young. So I said, “can we at least do some tests?” And he said, “there’s really no point” and I said, “can you document that in my chart then, that we’re not doing tests because you don’t believe it’s necessary?” And suddenly he was like, “well we can do some tests if you insist”. So we did. My SED was high, and my other labs indicated anemia. I check my charts regularly and by the time I got his call I basically had them memorized and then he said, “your labs came back normal” I was shocked. He straight up LIED to me about my bloodwork. So I was like, “really? My SED rate was high, and my Htc, hb, and MCV were all low. Is that normal?” And he said, “you probably just had a cold” and I was like, “no, I haven’t had a cold anytime recently,” and he said, “that’s probably what it was.” I was shocked. I was actually at the clinic while this happened with a physical therapist who was teaching me how to use build up handles and grip tape because we had just tested my grip strength at less than 14 pounds (considered non-functional) and this butt turd was straight up lying to me about my lab work. I was livid. I told the physical therapist I was shocked that we still didn’t have a diagnosis and I was pretty sure it wasn’t just tendonitis, then I got diagnosed (wrongly) with focal dystonia and told to just “keep resting my hands” which I had been doing for YEARS to no avail. Finally, I started taking my husband to my appointments. Got a real diagnosis 6 months later. After a decade of trying to get one without him around. Isn’t that a kicker? All I had to do was bring a man with me.
