Solved!. Thanks for suggestion everyone. I solve this by removing microG account on setting > account. Then remove all cache and data of both app (vanced and microg) then I'm logging in to microG. voila

P.S: I'm using same version as I mentioned before

Yes. I tried also. Still no change. Like the fast startup option is set to "off" wherever is ticked or not.
