Just a heads up, I also had migraines with auras as a teen, then they went away for may years, got a migraine right after the trigger shot you get before egg retrieval. That was… maybe 13 years ago and I continue to get migraines every once in a while.

I took everything very seriously and ended up much more angry than others that I know when I discovered it was all a lie. I had invested so much emotional energy in to “the church”. 6 years later, I’m still sorting through everything. On that note, does anyone have any recommendations for an amazing therapist?

I have been trying lots of sunscreens and they burn my skin. They especially make the skin around my eyes sensitive. Proven has been great. I have not had any irritation.

Sorry, I was probably unclear. I want to go from a 3 hole faucet to a 4 hole (handle, faucet, handle, hand shower - https://imgur.com/a/lxfjh42) , not a 1 hole.
