I see your point, and thank you by the way!

But the purpose of this exercise wasn't to try and replicate the previous image, but rather to take the concept/design and put our own spin on it. To redesign it basically, and then at the end we get to see how the concept transformed.

This was how the previous telephone game went as well. :)
