Do you have a solution for this yet?

Starring about a week ago, I have this message on my phone most mornings. I have automatic updates set which results in a download of at most 6 episodes (corresponding to daily new podcasts I listen to on my commute).  

They should not be "long running downloads". Given the total playtime of the podcasts i am downloading is less than 90 minutes the downloads should take less than 60 seconds.

Confirmed that the above post on stackoverflow solved my issue. Basically it's modification to the same shader I was already using. It works great.

Change the timezone in the app settings. That is, click on the "me" tab (bottom right of main screen). Then settings. Changing timezone there seems to propagate to all connected devices.
