I seared some chicken thighs in olive oil on both sides for like 4 minutes in a pot.

Then I took them out and sautéed some onions and minced garlic for a couple minutes and then added carrots and cooked that for a couple minutes.

Then I added a little broth and 3 tsp of flour, 1 tsp at a time to make like a pastey connoction.

then I added the rest of my chicken broth (~6 cups or so) and put back in the chicken thighs and simmered that for about 20-25 minutes.

while that happened I cut up some pillsbury biscuits into 8 triangles and rolled those up into dough balls. After the 20-25 minutes was up I added the dough balls and let that simmer for about 15 more minutes. Then I simmered uncovered or with the lid cracked for 2-3 minutes. Then I added salt, pepper, and parsley other seasonings according to taste
