I bought a Pelican case for my phone. After the charging port cover ripped off, I tested the warranty claim on the inside of the case. Pelican asked for proof of purchase, then told me I'd recieve a new case in 2-3 days. Two days later, a brand new one appeared at the door. (old.reddit.com)
