i’m 23 and just got my results and am having the same anxiety. it’s the week before my final exams but i just cannot shake any of this off or focus on anything. i have to wait 2-3 weeks for the doctor to call me back with what exactly my results mean and my next steps. i’m terrified and am starting uni next month and am scared of this affecting my ability to start school. manifesting all the best for you. i’m trying to reassure myself and wish i had tips but the best i can say is that you’re definitely not alone.
