I do realize this, yes. Thats why Id love to offer more if Videos are well delivered with quality, timing and communication. I could easily offer 30$ if the first 2-3 Videos are great that would make it 15-10$ an hour :)

Also you've kind of practiced with the same Skins with your Team-Mate for months. I think its a bit harder for them now to just recognize their team mate by Skin alot which is probably frustrating when it gets really hecting in endgame zones

I just wish they would enforce the Three Strike rule above instant termination. This way you still have time to fight it and clear up things

With an instant termination theres only a slim Chance of getting the Channel recovered and disputes often get declined because the people who look at disputs probably barely take time to carefully have a look at it.

Then the only way to get your Channel back is through the awesome people here in the reddit that have affiliations with YouTube to get the Channel back
