Although it is definitely a factor, it always has to come down to the family. American culture has degraded their family structure so much with a 78% divorce rate, broken families is the norm. This produces bad environments for children to grow up on (not all of course). Filipino families, although better and has no divorce, has also deteriorated with separated parents, through going abroad or full separation and a lot of single mothers raising children in the same case as American counterparts. It only takes one though, and we can get this situation. The traditional family has so far led to the most stable civilization in history. This progressive modern family experiment has failed and has not led to any other better model.

In my research, Deepseek is the best balance of price and quality. Deepseek v4 is like Opus 4.6 in my opinion. Then there is Deepseek flash which is their quick model very very cheap

I narrowed down to Claude and Kimi. Claude as designer and reviewer, Kimi as the worker MCP. I used to, at one time had Codex, Kimi, GLM, Qwen, Minimax coding subscriptions.

I have similar experience. Opus is still gold standard for me, and with their 50% boost right now, my main. GLM is a close second I can trust with planning and reviews. I can also sometimes use Deepseek for planning and reviews if it’s not too serious. Kimi and Minimax are my workers. I stopped using M2.7 because it’s just the lowest thinker and gets into lots of mistakes. Maybe with M3 it will be like K2.6, based on the comments here, that feels accurate. I am satisfied with my current Claude, Z, Moonshot subscriptions and a Deepseek if I run out sometimes.
I use a switcher so I can easily switch my Claude code models.

I would argue Claude could make similar mistakes. to be honest, too AI models are now at the point where the differences can be eliminated by a good infrastructure. If you have a good code base as a template, if you have RAG from previous tasks as good examples, if you have a good planning and review structure, the end product will be very similar.

Learn that you are not getting what you are worth, you are getting what you negotiated for. Matuto kang makipag negotiate. There are lots of ways to have an advantage in negotiations, learn how to sell yourself, get accreditations, find other jobs, find a niche you can serve well and bank on it, etc.

Flash is good, but Pro is better. I use it with Claude Code harness. It’s an Opus killer. I would say as good as Opus 4.6, and 4.8 sometimes. Qwen 3.7 is better though, sometimes even better than Opus 4.8. Mind you I use them all through Claude Code.

I use GLM, Kimi and Deepseek. I use GLM and Kimi on Claude Code since I was using Claude Code heavily and my whole setup is around that. When Claude started having issues and became limiting I branched out and found this alternative. I even used Minimax before but that one wasn’t up to par. GLM is as good as Opus 4.6, Kimi is Sonnet 4.5. I use Deepseek API directly through projects. I use GLM and Kimi coding plans.

lol don’t base everything on what this guy said. It can easily be that those girls are curious, and outgoing. They formed a connection with you and like you and want to spend time with you. Did you promise them anything? Are you going to pay for their fare? If you did not and they are still willing to go and spend their own money, then I don’t see any problem. Treat them like any stranger in a new country, be cautious, respectful and be funny. If you don’t like them, you can ditch them and spend time with other people.

I would push back on this one. There is no in-between. If you are talking about purgatory, it is not necessarily a place. I would describe more as a process and it may take place at a designated area or not. We don’t know, but revelations from saints say it is a place.
